- We offer a selection of catering packages that can be tweaked and tailored tosuit your budget and requirements.
All catering packages include:
- Hire of chafing buffet units
- Serving spoons
- Gel fuel
- Delivery, collection, and cleaning of all hired equipment and serving utensils
Booking & Payment Terms:
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your catering date
- The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event
Important Information:
- Cutlery, crockery, and glassware are not supplied
- We are not responsible for venue cleaning or for any damages incurred during our service
How It Works:
- Get in touch – send us an email with your event date, number of guests,location, dietary requirements and must-have dishes!
- Create your menu, which can be tweaked and tailored to suit your budgetand preferences. This is easier to do in person but can be done viaemail/telephone. We will discuss your needs and budget. There will be NO OBLIGATION to commit to anything! We just want you to have all the information!
- Once you’re happy…secure your dateA 25% non-refundable deposit isrequired to confirm and secure your catering booking. Balance paid 24/48hours before the event.
- On the dayWe deliver and set up a self-serve buffet using chafing units to keep food warm.
- After the event (same day or day after)We return to collect all hiredequipment and handle the cleaning of buffet units and serving utensils.Whilst we aim to provide you with your chosen date and time it is worthnoting that discounts can be had for specific days/times! Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays CAN get 15% off! This won’t be possibleon days that fall on a bank holiday or our monthly quiz night though.Unfortunately a surcharge of 20% must be added for events that fall within our kitchens busiest periods…Fridays and Saturdays between 7pm-9:30pm.
